First time Users

If this is your first time registering online for a Health Screening or Health Event with It Starts With Me you will need to create an account.  To accomplish this you will need:

• Company code
• Insurance card
• A current and valid email address

Returning Users

If you have already created an account, you can login by simply typing in your self-created username and password. If you forgot your username or password, please use the options available on the login page to retrieve your information.
